We offer free and fast pick-up. We generally notify you within 24 hours of placing your order that it is ready for pick-up at our warehouse. Check the shelving in the front lobby for your name and order.Frequently asked questions

You can pick your order up at our warehouse as soon as it’s ready. In general, we have orders ready for pick-up on the same or next business day. You will see the pick-up option at checkout.

The main door to our warehouse is on the southwest corner. The name of the building is called Saltbox. Make sure you head to the southwest corner as the other entry points are via key pad only.
You will find your order on the metal shelves with your name on it.
