Why we love it
While we have tried and continue to love many of the laundry detergents offered here at Oz, Dropps is the one we always come back to. It’s just so easy. No mess, no spills, no returning bottles. Just open the box, pop the pod into the washer drum and it dissolves away…..and leaves clothes so dang fresh and clean.

For all of the packaging nerds out there, amidst the zero-waste community there is a heated debate going on about the membrane surrounding pods and the ingredient used in laundry detergent sheets - poly-vinyl alcohol (PVA). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has declared it safe and has not found any residue of PVA in wastewater anywhere. That said, one of Dropps leading competitors launched their own research and found otherwise. You can do your own googling if you are interested and find out more.
Where we stand is we will continue to offer this fabulous product, which we consider a gateway product into a zero-waste lifestyle, unless the EPA launches a new research study and has different findings.
